Gorilla Builders have done remodeling jobs for us on homes that we have purchased. Their work has been done in a timely manner and within a budget that was set. I would recommend them. I will use them on future projects that we have come up.

The city of Surprise was difficult to work with and Jeff helped us through all of the difficult permits and inspections. Our home is complete and we couldn’t be more happy! Jeff and his team built us a beautiful house at the right price. They were honest, flexible and accommodating. My advice to anyone considering building a house is to talk to a lot of contractors. Ask them what is “standard” and what are “upgraded” components of the home. Lots of things we wanted for our home were considered upgrades with other builders and would be charged more for. Not with Gorilla. Were there contractors who would have built our home faster, absolutely. Could we have found someone more honest and nice, I don’t think so. We have been in our beautiful custom home for a year now. We are so happy with our home and Jeff’s entire crew at Gorilla Builders. They were all friendly, polite and did a great job. I hired Gorilla Builders to complete an extension for my garage. It was an unusual job as I was adding onto an existing building. Thus they had to work to match finishes and the existing structure. I worked with a lot of contractors prior to the hiring of Gorilla and chose them because they are a builder, not just a contractor. What i mean by that is most of the people on site were employees of Gorilla, not just subs. They did a great job and I am very pleased with the quality, pricing and service. The project took a pretty long time to complete, but we had many rain delays which is unusual for Arizona and I changed my mind on the original plan. I would certainly use the Gorilla again for future projects and am confident that they would do a great job. Special shout out to their concrete team. They had to do some pretty impressive changes to the grade and design of my driveway. they warned me in advance how things could go wrong, and the risks in the design. But, it turned out great at completion.
Had a crack in my driveway after one year in our new house. Gorilla came out right away and fixed the crack. Looks good. Can barely tell where the repair is
Jeff the owner was a very nice and fair person. Due to a bad architect we had to make many onsite changes to accommodate issues in the plans. Jeff was fair with negotiating compromises for these changes and his crew ultimately got the house built. At the end of the day I have a beautiful approximate 4,400 sqft home on a great piece of land for a good price.
Word to the wise, never try and buy stock plans and modify them and make sure your architect is top notch. I did not want to pay the .30-.45 cents per sqft all the good architects wanted, but now I wish i would have.
Gorilla Builders gives you a plan .. You pay as each part of your project is approved and completed. They are easy to contact and stay on schedule. There are no surprises and they keep their word.

Outstanding review for Gorilla Builders! I have contracted two projects with Jeff, both were great! The second job, I contacted Jeff to build a large detached garage. From our first conversation on the phone he was respectful and treated me like a valued customer. He didn’t pressure me or dismiss me throughout the research phase. From day one I have been impressed by his customer service skills. Every phone call, every email, Jeff was prompt and ensured my needs were met. Yes, Jeff is a busy person and has a huge business, but he always answered my questions and returned my messages to my satisfaction. If you are skeptical, ask him for references. I contacted 3 of his previous clients and they were all very happy with his work and had nothing bad to say about him. I agree!
Absolutely gorgeous stand alone 2400 sq ft garage looks like it was built with the original home. Extremely happy with Gorilla Builders and are considering another project – full home – with them now. From start to finish, design, permits, appropriate contracts/paperwork, follow-up and quality was outstanding. While it didn’t happen overnight, a good quality job takes time and is worth the wait. Jeff Suer and team went well above and beyond expectations.
We hired Gorilla Builders to build a shop separate from our home. When we first approached them, the owner of the company, Jeff Suer, was the individual we spoke with. We stopped by their office to sign the detailed contract and went over it from beginning to end. The process was put in place and the permits obtained, building was started, and we now have a wonderful functional shop. We were truly impressed with the quality of the build from beginning to end. Each worker was friendly and knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job over and above all expectations. My lifelong dream (as a car guy) was to build a garage to store my toys. I shopped around, looking for best price, and along the way, was provided with a reference for Gorilla Builders. As it turned out, Gorilla provided the lowest price, yet still built me the most badass garage on the planet!! 2×6 construction, studs everywhere, and 100% quality. Like ALL builds, there were a few small issues along the way. Gorilla (Jeff) literally wouldn’t allow me to be unhappy, fixed everything. and delivered an awesome product. The funny thing is that once he was all done, I joked with my dad that the garage was too nice to park anything in, and that we should have Gorilla build a 2nd garage purely for the storage of my toys. If I build anything in the future, I won’t even bother shopping for another builder – Gorilla will be my builder for life. Jeff is an awesome owner, and was a pure pleasure to work with. His staff is awesome as well (Aaron and Hector in particular). 5 stars!!
